We are currently actively recruiting for Community Support Worker (Qualified) positions in the Joondalup and Merriwa areas

About the role:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent (essential).
  • Previous experience in Community Aged Care.
  • Valid driver’s licence, access to your own vehicle, and comprehensive vehicle insurance.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to relate to older people with empathy and understand their needs.
  • Demonstrate flexible decision-making and advanced problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Enjoy building positive relationships with clients and their families.
  • Be eligible to work in Australia.
  • Satisfactory National Police Certificate (on commencement or willing to obtain).
  • Be up to date with COVID-19 and flu vaccinations (highly regarded, not essential)
