Are you an organised and detail-oriented professional seeking an exciting opportunity to support top-level executives? Our client is currently looking for a dynamic, immediately available Executive Assistant to join them on a permanent basis. As an Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the executive office. Responsibilities Include Provide high level administrative support to senior executives (1:3), including calendar management, diary management, travel arrangements, and correspondence.Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and events, both internally and externally.Prepare reports, presentations, and documents for executive review.Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.Assist in project management and follow up on action items.Act as a liaison between executives and various stakeholders.Other various ad-hoc administrative duties as required. Requirements/Key Skills: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant.Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to prioritise tasks and adapt to changing priorities.High level of professionalism and integrity.Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
