What you’ll do: 6 months fixed term contract Are you a master organiser who thrives on keeping senior leaders one step ahead? Wesfarmers Health is on the lookout for a proactive and highly skilled Executive Assistant to support our Chief Digital and Technology Officer along with their fast-paced team. Key responsibilities include: Be the go-to contact for the Chief Digital & Technology Officer, acting as a trusted partner and sounding board Own complex diaries, meetings, travel, events, and presentations — ensuring nothing slips through the cracks Drive seamless team operations: invoices, expenses, workflows, onboarding, performance reviews, and more Collaborate closely with other EAs across the business to keep the wider division running smoothly This is not just diary management — it’s your chance to be the trusted right hand to a senior leader, helping them (and their team) deliver on their strategic goals.
