Dashing is currently seeking an exceptional Account Executive, with exposure to a dynamic industry. The Account Executive will play a key role in the Sales Team, reporting to the Group Account Director.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting a Dashing Key Account Manager with sales projects and orders. You will oversee the order to delivery/ install. You will guide clients through the process and keep them abreast of their project. You will ensure the Key Account Manager is looped in on any major developments or setbacks with the order.

As the Account Executive, you will be comfortable perusing more than one project at once and have clear communication with clients, suppliers, and installers: being upbeat, positive, and innovative.

You will be the conduit of information. You will be willing to put in the hard work achieving exceptional results for clients, whilst also being able to maintain a happy work-life balance.

ABOUT YOU

· Relevant educational qualification or at least 3 years'' experience in lieu of education

· Proven passion for excellent customer experience / customer journey

· Highly Organized

· Ability to manage multiple campaigns at the same time.

· A desire to work hard, and have fun doing it

· Able to understand our client’s brands and offer them the best possible solutions

· Sharp analytical skills

· Commercial awareness

· Confidence in your own decisions

· Strong communication skills (verbal & Written)

ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, becoming a trusted day-to-day partner.
  • Act as the primary liaison, keeping clients informed and confident at every stage of campaign delivery.
  • Manage end-to-end client campaigns from brief to delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets and expectations are met.
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of marketing and advertising campaigns to support client sales and brand objectives.
  • Provide guidance to clients on campaign approaches, messaging and delivery to effectively reach target audiences.
  • Oversee print and POS production including estimates, bookings, artwork approvals, logistics and installations. Maintain distribution lists, upload artwork, create install guides and run sheets, and keep WIPs updated.
  • Coordinate campaign assets and content across multiple channels including print, in-store and digital platforms where required.
  • Monitor campaign timelines, budgets and scope, raising risks early and working proactively to find solutions.
  • Coordinate internal workflows across Studio, Production, Client Service and Install teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Support estimates, quotes and costings in collaboration with Production and contribute to campaign planning discussions.
  • Use systems including PrintIQ, Monday.com, Zendesk and Portal Tech to manage workflows, campaign progress and client communication.
  • Monitor the performance of campaigns and marketing initiatives, providing updates and insights to internal teams and clients where required.
  • Assist in analysing campaign results and client feedback to identify opportunities for optimisation and improved outcomes.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, market developments and competitor activity to support client strategy discussions.
  • Identify opportunities to refine processes and improve efficiency across accounts.
  • Attend daily huddles and weekly client WIPs to stay aligned, proactive and responsive to client needs.
  • Support and guide Account Coordinators, contributing to a strong and collaborative team culture.
  • Be an ambassador for Dashing’s values, setting the standard for professionalism and service excellence.
