About The Role Our Newcastle Donor Centre is seeking a Centre Service Officer with a genuine passion to deliver an exceptional service to our donors. Working collaboratively in a team, a day in the centre could see you: Warmly greet and welcome our donorsProvide donors with clear instructions as to the completion of paperworkPrepare food and beverages for donors and replenish the self-service buffet barMonitor donors post-donation and assist them in rebooking for their next donation Our Flexible Self-paced Paid Training Program Has a Balance Between On-the-job Practice, And Online Class Schedules To Ensure That You Are Well Supported.
