We promote an inclusive, flexible and balanced workplace where evolving opportunities for our staff play an essential role in the day-to-day operation of the company. We offer a competitive salary package, with flexible work options across our offices as well as performance-based bonuses. FirstClass.com.au is an award-winning luxury travel agency specializing in First & Business Class airfares, six-star cruising, and premium leisure travel.
We are a results-driven, tech-forward firm. While others rely on standard off-the-shelf software, we have an in-house IT lead and development team dedicated to building and refining our own proprietary tools, including a points-award flight engine and a custom hotel engine currently in development. We are continually iterating to improve technical efficiency, with AI integration on our immediate roadmap.
We are seeking a proactive “builder" who is driven by results and direct communication. We believe the best leaders stay “on the pulse" of the market; you will maintain a personal sales presence while focusing on lifting the performance and conversion of our experienced consultants.
Set the Standard: Achieve strong personal sales results to lead the team by example.
Lifting Performance: Coach and mentor consultants to improve conversion, efficiency, and confidence.
Drive Momentum: Monitor targets and KPIs while maintaining a focused, respectful, and results-driven culture.
Problem Solve: Identify gaps and fix issues quickly—handling escalations with a “can-do" attitude.
Tech Feedback Loop: Work directly with our in-house IT lead to provide “front-line" feedback as we iterate and improve our proprietary engines.
Earning Potential: OTE $100,000 – $150,000 pa + super (Year 1), with unlimited earning capacity.
Agile Technology: Work in an environment where the tools are built around the consultants. Because our tech is developed in-house, we can iterate and improve our engines daily based on your feedback.
Innovation: Be part of a company that is actively building the future of travel tech, not just waiting for it to happen.
The Perks: Opportunities to explore the world in style and career advancement as the company scales.
To be considered for this amazing opportunity and become part of the First Class Travel team, please submit your CV and a short cover letter outlining:
1. Your travel industry sales experience.
2. Your experience leading or mentoring a sales team.
3. Your recent sales achievements or KPIs.
We look forward to hearing from you!
