These roles are full-time and operate on a rotating roster across 7 days a week , 24 hours a day. This includes working early, evening, weekend and public holiday shifts. Rosters will vary and change based on business needs.

On a daily basis you will provide quick, accurate and up to date answers to customers queries, ensuring that you resolve all the calls you are skilled to take. Our Customer Engagement Centre is a customer centric environment; we are always there for our customers when they need us the most.
Your responsibilities:
Training is a compulsory component and you will need to attend all training dates to be successful for the position.
Training will begin on your start date in and run for 3 weeks full time at our Perth office, 300 Murray Street, between 9:00am - 5:00pm AWSTPost training, you will begin your 24/7 rotational shifts.
