This pivotal role will be responsible for overseeing customer service operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and continuously improving service standards with our Brisbane City sites. About the Role:

As a Customer Service Manager, you will be part of our Commercial Cleaning Operations Team, ensuring the highest level of service quality for our clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. You will lead strategic initiatives, analyse customer service data, and implement action plans to enhance customer satisfaction and service efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, monitor, and review customer service and sales functions, ensuring top-tier customer relations.

  • Ensure timely and high-quality cleaning services for commercial clients.

  • Conduct customer follow-ups, ensuring satisfaction and collecting feedback for service improvements.

  • Manage customer enquiries, ensuring timely responses and effective problem resolution.

  • Oversee and monitor customer feedback channels, addressing service issues promptly.

  • Provide support to internal teams, ensuring seamless service delivery.

  • Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to maintain quality service standards.

  • Conduct regular performance evaluations of service contractors.

  • Oversee training programs for cleaners, supervisors, and machine operators.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular visits and communication.

  • Ensure compliance with company quality assurance, environmental, and workplace health and safety policies.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in customer service management in the cleaning or facilities management industry.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

  • Ability to analyse customer data and implement strategic action plans.

  • Problem-solving skills with a proactive and customer-focused mindset.

  • Experience in liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.

  • Knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations is a plus.
