We’re looking for someone with HVAC industry experience who enjoys coordinating technicians, keeping jobs moving and supporting service delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Planning technician schedules and allocating service jobs
• Coordinating daily service workflow and priorities
• Liaising with customers regarding service delivery
• Monitoring job progress and resolving scheduling issues
• Supporting technicians and maintaining service standards

What We’re Looking For

• Experience within the HVAC industry
• Strong organisational and coordination skills
• Confident communicator with good customer service skills
• Comfortable using MS Outlook, Word and Excel
• Experience with Pronto or Uptick is an advantage
