The Role The Concierge Team Member plays an integral role in the guest experience as you will be our client’s customers' first point of contact. The Concierge must meet and greet all visitors to the customer service desk with a helpful and welcoming attitude and create amazing first impressions by assisting the guests with queries and special requests. The role is to provide accurate and correct information & directions, anticipate customer needs and act immediately to resolve complaints; consistently striving to delight the customer by going above and beyond. We are looking for an energetic people person who enjoys interacting with customers and the ability to achieve a level of service that consistently meets and exceeds the expectations of our clients and their customers.
