About the role
Our company Atris is seeking a full-time Customer Service and Data Entry professional to join our team in our Auburn, NSW office. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and accurately inputting customer data into our systems.
What you'll be doing
Answering inbound customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Inputting customer information and order details into our database with a high degree of accuracy
Assisting with general administrative tasks as required
Providing a friendly and helpful customer experience at all times
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a customer service or data entry role
Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience
Minimum of 1-2 years of data entry experience
Strong attention to detail and data entry skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications
Previous experience with MYOB or similar accounting package
Experience with MYOB or similar accounting software is strongly preferred
A positive, friendly and helpful attitude
Australian work rights are required for this position
