Entry level Customer Service Officer 

About the role

We are currently looking for an entry -level Customer Service Officer to join our team. If you’ve just finished school or have experience in retail or hospitality and want to kick-start your career, this role offers full training and hands-on learning. You’ll support customers, coordinate home repairs, and gain all the skills you need to succeed. You’ll also be part of a dynamic team, working closely with our administration and customer care teams.

This role is a full-time, office-based position based in Kingsgrove Sydney.

We’re looking for people with:

·         A friendly, proactive and can-do attitude

·         Great people skills

·         Good written and verbal communication skills, including a professional phone manner.

·         Problem solving skills

·         Good computer skills and the ability to use multiple systems at once

Key responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers and stakeholders

• Lodge new claims via internal and external systems

• Manage portfolio of claims from start to finish

• Liaise with clients, insurance companies and trades to ensure smooth workflow

• Coordination of internal calendars and schedules

• Perform other duties as assigned.
