The Opportunity

Joining our client's successful small team in Seven Hills, you will be the face (and voice) of our branch. Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our new and existing customers have a seamless experience from their first enquiry to their final order.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Customer Support: Being a primary point of contact for enquiries via phone, email, and occasionally face-to-face.

  • Order Management: Accurately processing orders and providing detailed product information.

  • Problem Solving: Helping customers navigate their needs and finding the right product for them.

  • System Navigation: Using our computerized systems daily to manage data, inventory, and logistics.

About You

You are someone who genuinely enjoys interaction. You don’t just "handle" a call; you build a relationship. To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A "Customer First" Attitude: A positive, helpful, and empathetic approach to every interaction.

  • Communication Skills: Clear, professional, and friendly verbal and written communication.

  • Tech Savviness: You must be comfortable and experienced using computerized business systems.

  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar customer service or order-entry role is highly desirable.

  • Reliability: You enjoy the rhythm of a full-time, onsite role and being a dependable part of a tight-knit team.
