Customer Service Officer

We're seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Officer, with proven experience in internal sales or customer service, to join our dynamic team in Canning Vale!

Your ability to understand industry needs, build strong relationships, and deliver outstanding customer experiences will set you apart and make you a valued member of our high-performing team.

About the Role: 

• Be the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person, ensuring every interaction is professional and engaging.
• Understand customer needs by resolving issues and providing solutions that exceed expectations and enhance customer experience.
• Demonstrate product knowledge to recommend Tools, Equipment, PPE and Workwear whilst identifying opportunities to upsell and maximise sales opportunities.
• Process orders, returns, and transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain up-to-date and precise customer records to support seamless operations.
• Support the achievement of team sales targets through excellent service delivery and collaboration.

About You: To excel in this role, you’ll bring:

• Knowledge of the Industrial PPE & Workwear
• Previous experience in similar role in industrial & safety industry
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.
• A natural ability to solve problems and manage inquiries effectively.
• Strong organisational skills to handle high volumes of tasks with precision.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and basic office software (ideal but not essential).
• A positive attitude and eagerness to grow within a dynamic environment.
