In the role of Collections Officer, your main responsibility will be to ensure timely collection of receivables and manager clients accounts to reduce overall balances. You will be based at our modern and fresh Mascot office which is a around a 10 minute walk from the station.

You have a proven ability to effectively manage a dynamic workload and meet strict deadlines. Your commercial acumen has been built by exploring and asking questions about the businesses you have worked in, and you know when to flag an account for escalation.
A team player, your collaborative approach and well-honed interpersonal skills are attributes that you pride yourself on. Effective communication skills and an ability to develop, build and sustain strong relationships with a range of key internal and external stakeholders is essential. You are skilled at being able to maintain a courteous and professional tone during even the most tense of customer interactions.
You have a high degree of proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite of programs and can be relied on to pay attention to the details and work at a consistent level of accuracy.
Above all, you can demonstrate to us your strong customer focus and work ethic enabling you to take personal accountability for your workload - being self-motivated and able to work autonomously will help you to succeed in this role.
