Service Co-Ordinator

About the role

Fusion Modulair is seeking an experienced Service Co-Ordinator to join our growing and dynamic team in West End, Queensland. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for working closely with the National Service Co-Ordinator and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our clients in the service department. This is a crucial role that will contribute to the facilitation and administration requirements.

What you'll be doing

1. Managing and prioritising incoming service requests from clients

2. Supporting the National Operations Manager with allocating tasks and coordinating the workflow of the national service team

3. Providing timely updates and progress reports to clients

4. Maintaining and capturing documentation of all service activities

5. Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless customer service

What we're looking for

1. Proven experience as a Service Co-Ordinator or in a similar administrative role

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

3. Strong organisational and time management abilities

4. ICT proficiency highly desirable in all MS office suites with experience in the use of Simpro preferable

5. Ability to work well under pressure and prioritise multiple tasks

6. A keen eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset

7. Familiarity with the trade service and construction industry preferred
