Our client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst – Identity & Access Management (IDAM) to join a large, complex enterprise environment undertaking a significant identity transformation program. This is initial a 3-month contract with possibility to extent. This role will play a critical part in the discovery, design, and implementation of an Identity Access Management (IAM) solution, ensuring alignment between business objectives, security requirements, and technical delivery. As the IDAM Business Analyst, you will bridge business and technical teams to define, document, and support the implementation of IAM capabilities including Identity Governance, Access Management, and Privileged Access Management. Key Responsibilities Gather, document, and analyse business requirements for IAM solutionsFacilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions across business and technical teamsDevelop functional specifications, use cases, and process flowsDefine user provisioning, authentication, authorisation, and role-based access controlsDocument integration points between identity platforms (e.g. Active Directory / Entra ID) and enterprise systemsSupport testing, validation, and post-implementation activitiesEnsure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory standardsIdentify risks and drive continuous improvement across identity processes Requirements Minimum 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst in complex enterprise environmentsProven experience working on Identity & Access Management (IAM / IDAM) programsStrong understanding of IGA, Access Management (AM), and Privileged Access Management (PAM)Experience with Active Directory and/or Microsoft Entra IDStrong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skillsExperience working in Agile delivery environmentsExcellent documentation and communication capability If you would like to know more, please contact Milly Kerei-Keepa on 0476865411/[email protected] or hit Apply Now!
