The Opportunity We are seeking a highly motivated Investment Banking or Corporate Finance Analyst / Manager to join Cavari and play a key role in the firm’s growth. This is not a traditional advisory role. The successful candidate will work directly with senior leadership across live transactions, strategic client engagements, and internal firm-building initiatives. You will be exposed to a wide range of high-value work including sell-side M&A mandates, capital raising processes, strategic advisory engagements, and the development of Cavari’s proprietary advisory platform. Key Responsibilities You will play an active role across all stages of corporate finance engagements, including: • Financial modelling and valuation analysis • Preparation of Information Memoranda, pitch materials, and investor documentation • Industry and company research across target sectors • Supporting sell-side M&A transaction processes • Identifying and engaging with strategic acquirers, investors, and family offices • Supporting capital raising processes across venture, growth, and private equity transactions • Conducting financial and commercial analysis for strategic advisory mandates • Assisting with deal execution and transaction management • Contributing to the development of Cavari’s internal systems, research capability, and deal origination engine What We Are Looking For We are looking for intellectually curious, commercially minded individuals who thrive in high-performance environments. Ideal candidates may have: • 2 to 7+ years experience in investment banking, corporate finance, private equity, consulting, or transaction advisory • Strong financial modelling and valuation skills • Excellent written and presentation capabilities • High attention to detail and strong analytical thinking • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset • Genuine interest in building and growing a firm Experience in M&A advisory, capital markets, or transaction services will be highly regarded.
