They will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, uplift documentation, and ensure operational readiness for changeWorking closely with stakeholders across operations, product, actuarial, legal, technology, and risk, the Business Analyst will lead the end-to-end requirements process—from discovery and process mapping through to solution validation and implementation support.
