Your new role


Working closely with operational leaders, you will provide pragmatic, end‑to‑end HR support within a fast‑paced mining environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering with leaders to deliver advice across the full employee lifecycle
  • Managing ER/IR matters, including performance management and disciplinary processes
  • Supporting workforce planning, organisational change and site‑based initiatives
  • Building strong, credible relationships with site and corporate stakeholders
  • Travelling to site approximately once per month for several days at a time

What you'll bring

  • 3-5 years' experience in a HR Business Partner or senior HR advisory role
  • Mining or heavy industry experience highly regarded
  • Strong ER/IR capability and confidence working in operational environments
  • A practical, solutions‑focused approach with the ability to work autonomously
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
