Retail Assistant

We are seeking enthusiastic and tech-savvy Retail Assistants to join our Samsung team at Macquarie Park Shopping Centre. If you enjoy helping customers, love technology, and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, this is an excellent opportunity. Full training is provided, and the role offers an immediate start.

• Assist customers with Samsung devices, accessories, and product comparisons
• Provide knowledgeable advice on mobile phones, tablets, wearables, and other tech
• Maintain high merchandising standards, store displays, and stock levels
• Process sales transactions and handle general customer inquiries
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience at all times

• Retail experience preferred (JB Hi-Fi, Harvey Norman, EB Games, Zing, etc.)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Good understanding of consumer electronics and Android devices
• Well-presented, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Availability for weekend and late-night shifts
• Full training provided
