About the Opportunity:

An established professional services firm is seeking a Client Services Coordinator to join its Financial Planning team. In this role, you will support Financial Planners by coordinating client appointments, managing documentation, and ensuring a smooth and professional client experience.

Working within a collaborative, flexible, exciting and vibrant team - you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of holistic financial advice while building strong relationships with both clients and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with a team of CSCs, financial planners and a paraplanner

  • Assist with client onboarding and ongoing service requests, including maintaining client documentation and records

  • Coordinate and manage client appointments and meetings

  • Assist with preparation of documentation using Xplan

  • Liaise with clients and the team to gather information and respond to general enquiries

About You:

  • Previous experience in a client services or administrative role (experience within a financial planning firm is highly desirable)

  • Experience using Xplan or other financial planning software is advantageous

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute to a high-performing team (personal interest in a career in the wealth management space is desirable!)
