An opportunity exists for a highly organised administration professional to support the delivery of the Adult Migrant English Program (AMEP) and Skills for Education and Employment (SEE) programs, providing high-quality administrative and customer service support across multiple campuses.

The AMEP & SEE Administration Officer provides high-level administrative and operational support to the English as an Additional Language (EAL) department, ensuring the effective delivery of the Adult Migrant English Program (AMEP), Skills for Education and Employment (SEE), and Skills First programs.
Working as part of the Foundation Directorate administration team and reporting to the EAL Administrative Team Leader, this role supports the student lifecycle by managing enquiries, coordinating enrolments, maintaining government reporting systems, monitoring attendance, and ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
This role suits a proactive administrator who thrives in a high-volume environment and is passionate about delivering excellent customer service to a diverse range of stakeholders.
