The Role

If you got into IT because you couldn’t help taking things apart and putting them back together better – you’ll fit right in here.

We’re not looking for someone to close tickets; we’re looking for an IT Support Engineer who takes ownership, communicates clearly, and genuinely cares about the person on the other end of the call.

You’ll be the single point of contact our clients rely on – troubleshooting real problems, managing their environments, and making IT feel simple.

What You’ll Do

  • Be a direct, trusted point of contact for our clients, assisting both remotely and on-site.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and network issues across Windows and macOS environments.

  • Manage and support Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Azure, and cloud platforms.

  • Configure and maintain routers, firewalls, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, and networking infrastructure.

  • Support VOIP phone systems (3CX).

  • Set up and manage workstations, custom builds, mobile devices and SIM services.

  • Assist with cyber security, backups, network storage, and IT strategy.

  • Log work and manage client communication.

  • Identify opportunities to simplify and improve IT environments wherever possible.

What we’re looking for

  • Previous MSP experience with hands-on troubleshooting and end-user support.

  • Solid networking knowledge: VLANs, routers, firewalls, DNS, DHCP, and domains.

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft and Apple hardware and software, including Azure and Microsoft 365.

  • Familiar with PSA/client management tools.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and strong time management

  • Comfortable working autonomously.
