What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll be the engine behind our customer and sales operations, including:

Sales & Customer Growth

• Manage incoming phone and email orders for our national customer base
• Build trusted relationships through warm call cycles, proactive follow-up and exceptional service
• Promote PaperPak’s stock range, print capabilities, online ordering tools and seasonal products
• Assist walk-in showroom customers and identify new opportunities or emerging markets

Customer Service & Support

• Deliver outstanding service aligned to our Global Customer Service Standards
• Respond to enquiries, send sample packs, manage complaints and ensure positive outcomes
• Support national and regional teams with administrative and sales-related tasks

Order & Systems Management

• Process orders accurately and efficiently in line with company policies
• Work across multiple systems including Salesforce, MFG-PRO, Power BI and Detinform
• Monitor orders, track freight, manage back-orders and communicate updates to customers

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone who is experienced, confident and enjoys taking ownership. You will have:

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
• High personal integrity, accountability and resilience
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a genuine passion for helping customers
• Solid computer and data management capability
• Experience in sales support, customer service or a similar role (manufacturing or product-based industry experience highly regarded)
