AIM Mining Corporation is an emerging gold exploration and development company with big plans underway. We currently operate the Warrawoona Gold Project in the East Pilbara region of Western Australia and are now preparing to ramp up operations at our Nullagine Gold Project.
As part of our growth, we are seeking an Administration Geologist to support our expanding Business Development and technical teams. This role will play an important part in maintaining exploration data, assisting with statutory reporting, and supporting GIS and database systems across the business.
Based in our brand new corporate office in West Perth, we are open to considering both part-time and full-time hours for this role, to suit your lifestyle.
About the Role
Working closely with the Business Development Manager, Tenement Manager and GIS team, you will support the management of geological data, reporting requirements and technical documentation across the company’s projects.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with DMIRS statutory reporting and tenement compliance requirements
Support preparation of maps, plans and spatial data for programs, reports and presentations
Work with the GIS Manager to develop templates, map styles and GIS outputs
Conduct historical data reviews, validation and compilation
Assist with data entry and loading exploration datasets into geological databases
Contribute to technical reports and internal documentation
About You
Bachelor’s degree in Geology
5+ years exploration experience, ideally within Western Australia
Experience with DMIRS reporting systems (Form 5s, ATRs, renewals etc.)
Familiarity with GIS platforms and geological databases
Strong organisational skills and ability to work to deadlines
Excellent written and communication skills
