We’re seeking a highly organised Administration Assistant to support the smooth running of our office.
This varied role supports day-to-day operations across office coordination, facilities, fleet administration, uniform/PPE management, onboarding support and general administration.
If you enjoy keeping things organised, solving problems and supporting multiple teams, this role offers plenty of variety and responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate office supplies, facilities maintenance and service providers
Manage reception, phone enquiries and visitors
Coordinate meeting rooms, deliveries and mail
Prepare documents, reports and presentations
Maintain vehicle, uniform/PPE and workplace registers
Track vehicle servicing, registration and insurance
Support onboarding administration and staff initiatives
Essential Experience
Applications without the following experience may not be considered:
2–3+ years administration or office coordination experience
Experience managing office operations, facilities or suppliers
Experience maintaining administrative registers or tracking systems (fleet, inventory, equipment etc.)
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy office environment
Intermediate Google Workspace or Microsoft Office skills
Strong communication and organisational skills
