About the role:
Based in Eagle Farm and reporting to the Warehouse Manager we are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient handling of all warehouse administration activities, playing a key part in our day-to-day operations.
You will enjoy being innovative and thinking outside the box and be comfortable to respectfully challenge the norm.
What you will need to do:
Coordinate daily outbound deliveries and warehouse transfer orders as per schedule
Process urgent outbound deliveries as directed by customer service
Proactively communicate any issues with the daily release schedule
Update outbound delivery lines as requested by the site manager, customer service, or inventory support
Work closely with the despatch team to arrange transport bookings
Schedule inbound containers and trucks
Receipt inbound stock efficiently and accurately
Generate and enter cycle counts
Order warehouse and office consumables
Handle phone calls and emails with internal stakeholders
Deliver prompt responses to customer service requests
Maintain high-quality phone and email support for stakeholders
Proactively communicate warehouse errors and potential service issues to the site manager and relevant parties
About you:
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Current driver’s licence
Experience with SAP (highly regarded)
Previous warehouse administration experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Team player attitude
Proactive approach to problem-solving
Ability to prioritise workload, meet deadlines and handle competing tasks
Commitment to continuous improvement and thinking outside the box
Self-motivation, discipline and a drive for success
