We are currently seeking an experienced Processing Supervisor to lead our processing team and ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production outcomes within our workshop operations.
The OpportunityThe Processing Supervisor will oversee day-to-day processing activities, coordinate team workflows, and ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety expectations are consistently met.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced fabrication environment and enjoys mentoring teams while driving operational performance.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate the daily activities of the processing team
Ensure production targets and schedules are met efficiently
Maintain high safety standards and promote a strong safety culture
Monitor quality control and ensure work meets specification requirements
Allocate labour and resources to optimise workflow
Support and mentor team members to build capability and performance
Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth project delivery
Identify opportunities for process improvement and productivity gains
Previous experience in a supervisory role within steel processing, fabrication, or manufacturing
Strong understanding of processing equipment and workshop operations
Proven ability to lead teams and maintain a positive, accountable culture
Strong commitment to workplace safety and compliance
Ability to manage priorities in a busy production environment
Excellent communication and organisational skills
