We are currently seeking an experienced Processing Supervisor to lead our processing team and ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production outcomes within our workshop operations.

The Processing Supervisor will oversee day-to-day processing activities, coordinate team workflows, and ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety expectations are consistently met.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced fabrication environment and enjoys mentoring teams while driving operational performance.

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the processing team

• Ensure production targets and schedules are met efficiently

• Maintain high safety standards and promote a strong safety culture

• Monitor quality control and ensure work meets specification requirements

• Allocate labour and resources to optimise workflow

• Support and mentor team members to build capability and performance

• Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth project delivery

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and productivity gains

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within steel processing, fabrication, or manufacturing

• Strong understanding of processing equipment and workshop operations

• Proven ability to lead teams and maintain a positive, accountable culture

• Strong commitment to workplace safety and compliance

• Ability to manage priorities in a busy production environment

• Excellent communication and organisational skills
