About the Role

We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Contracts Administration Assistant to join our Modular team. This role plays an important part in supporting the smooth progression of modular construction projects from post-sale through to construction commencement.

Working closely with internal teams, you'll help keep projects moving by coordinating documentation, booking key site assessments, managing permit submissions, arranging project insurances and ensuring all project information is accurately captured in our systems. You will also assist with preparing documentation packs for Construction Supervisors, processing variation orders, and supporting the broader team with administrative tasks when required.

This is a fast-paced and varied role where your ability to stay organised, think ahead and keep multiple moving parts on track will be key to success.

About You

You're a capable and motivated administrator who enjoys solving problems and finding ways to keep things moving. You're naturally curious, quick to pick things up and comfortable thinking on your feet when priorities change.

You bring a strong sense of ownership to your work and enjoy taking initiative rather than waiting to be asked. You're someone who looks for solutions, communicates clearly with others and takes pride in delivering outcomes for the team.

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • A natural problem-solver who can think on their feet
  • Proactive and comfortable using initiative
  • Able to manage competing priorities and deadlines
  • A strong communicator who works well with different teams
  • Keen to learn, grow and develop within the business

Experience in construction, building or a project-based environment would be highly regarded, but more importantly you bring the right attitude, a willingness to learn and a drive to contribute to team success.

Where you'll be working

This role is based at our Modular Yard in Canning Vale, where our modular construction projects come to life. Being located on-site with both the construction yard and the operations team means you'll have the unique advantage of working closely with the people actually building our projects.

This environment provides great visibility across the entire modular process,  from administration and approvals through to  construction. You'll work alongside a collaborative team of supervisors, project staff and operational specialists, making it easier to communicate, solve problems quickly and keep projects moving efficiently. It's a dynamic and hands-on environment where you can see the direct impact of the work you do every day.
