Amanda Energy Solutions – A Perdaman Venture is looking for a Sales Analyst, responsible for providing data-driven insight to optimise revenue, margins, pricing, and pipeline performance across the energy portfolio. The role builds robust reporting, forecasts demand and sales, supports commercial bids (e.g., C&I tenders, PPAs), and equips sales teams with analytics that improve customer acquisition, retention, and cross-sell/upsell outcomes.

Requirements:
Education/ Experience Requirements:
- Bachelors in business, Commerce, Economics, Data/Analytics, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Postgraduate qualification (e.g., Master’s, MBA) is advantageous but not essential.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Power BI, Salesforce Administrator) are a plus.
- 3 to 5+ years in Sales Analytics, Commercial Analyst, Revenue Operations, or similar (energy, utilities, telco, resources, or B2B subscription preferred).
- Strong quantitative analysis, data modelling, and storytelling with data.
- Hands-on with CRM (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics), BI tools (Power BI/Tableau), and advanced Excel.
- Experience with pricing/margin modelling, forecasting, and pipeline analytics.
- Exposure to Australian energy markets (AEMO, network tariffs, environmental schemes, contestable retail).
- Experience supporting C&I tenders and contract performance analytics.
- SQL or Python/R for data wrangling and model development.
