At Termatrac, we are dedicated to innovation and efficiency in pest control solutions. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Office Manager role based in Brisbane, QLD. The Office Manager will oversee daily office operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows. Responsibilities include managing office administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, handling customer service inquiries, and maintaining office equipment. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to organize and prioritize competing tasks effectively. Qualifications Strong communication skills to interact with employees, customers, and vendors effectively.Experience with administrative assistance and office administration, including scheduling, record management, and workflow coordination.Proficiency in operating and maintaining office equipment.Customer service skills to provide professional and efficient support.Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.Prior experience in a similar role preferred.
