Join an inclusive service providing accessible mental health support to the Ipswich community. Our centre offers assessment, triage, warm referrals, and immediate support for people with varying levels of need, including those in crisis.

As a part-time Administration Officer, you will provide front-line support by managing reception, handling client enquiries, bookings, records, filing and daily administrative tasks that keep our service running smoothly.

Responsibilities

  •                  Welcome clients, families, and visitors as the first point of contact while delivering professional, confidential service.
  •                  Manage sensitive information and client interactions with accuracy, discretion, and respect.
  •                  Handle reception tasks including calls, appointment bookings, record updates, and maintaining secure filing systems.
  •                  Support centre operations by coordinating mail, managing supplies, maintaining organised workspaces, and improving admin processes.
  •                  Provide daily administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient client care.

Requirements 

  •                  Certificate or Diploma Administration or relevant experience within the healthcare industry
  •                  Current Driver Licence
  •                  Current Blue Card
  •                  Current National Police Check
