Formula Honda & GWM are seeking a selling Sales Manager for our successful Used Car Department at our growing Modbury dealership.

We are seeking a Sales Manager, or experienced Vehicle Sales Consultant who is ready to take the next step in their already proven vehicle sales career. Reporting to the General Manager but working largely independently, as selling Sales Manager you will be responsible for the continued success of our Used Car department from top to tail, with the support of our new car team where appropriate.

About the role

Handling all stages of the sale journey
Monitor and drive enquiry management and lead conversion
Taking control of all used car advertising, valuation and purchasing and stock levels
Meeting or exceeding vehicle sales targets
Work closely with all departments to maximise overall profitability

About you

Experience in vehicle sales essential
A driven individual who can take ownership of projects and work independently
Self-motivated
An exceptional communicator
A dynamic and passionate individual who engages easily with clients and understands the importance of building relationships
An ability to delight our customers with your superior and professional service standards and knowledge
Customer driven with the desire to maximise the most of your abilities
A highly organised individual
The ability to work autonomously but also as a team player when required
Excellent work ethic with great reliability (available 5 days a week which includes Saturdays)
