About the role:

We're hiring! Join RSM as a Payroll Officer - based in Perth or Sydney

Looking for your next career move in payroll? RSM is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Payroll Officer to support our growing national team. This full-time, office-based role offers a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic, supportive team while delivering exceptional payroll services to over 2,000 employees across Australia.

What you'll do:

Process end-to-end payroll across multiple sites
Handle onboarding, offboarding, and ETPs
Calculate salary increases, back pays, and leave accruals
Respond to payroll queries (Workday, email, phone)
Collaborate with People & Culture and Finance teams
Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation
Assist with reconciliations, payments, and reporting

About you:

What we're looking for:

2-3 years' experience in a similar payroll role
Knowledge of payroll legislation, including Payroll Tax and Long Service Leave
High level of attention to detail and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with ADP Payforce and/or Workday is desirable
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; salary packaging exposure is a plus
