The OpportunityWe are seeking a Software Support Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our users, helping them resolve a diverse range of product-related queries. Your ability to listen, understand, and resolve issues effectively will have a direct impact on customer satisfaction and system adoption.
This is a dynamic role ideal for someone with a background in financial planning or paraplanning, who enjoys problem solving, client interaction, and working with technology.
Key ResponsibilitiesRespond promptly to incoming support queries via phone and ticketing systemAccurately diagnose and resolve client issues across various modules of the Plutosoft platformEscalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams when requiredUse and contribute to internal knowledge base articlesMaintain high standards of customer service in all interactionsDocument resolutions and contribute to continuous improvement in support processesIdentify recurring issues or client feedback that may inform product enhancements

Desirable Qualifications & ExperiencePermanent residentExperience using Xplan, Midwinter, AdviserLogic, Intelliflo, or other financial planning software will be highly regarded.Tertiary qualifications in finance, information systems, or a related fieldKnowledge of financial modelling, tax, Centrelink rules, or investment platformsExperience working with data feed providers and portfolio systemsExposure to CRM or financial planning software platforms
