Part‑Time Accounts Officer – Melbourne

Location: Port Melbourne (relocating to Docklands in early June)
Hours: Part‑time | Flexible for the right person

We’re seeking a Part‑Time Accounts Officer to support invoicing and quoting for our Specialist Testing Services business.

This is a great opportunity to join a growing organisation at a key stage. You’ll be part of the exciting integration of two well‑known and respected businesses, working in a supportive team environment with potential for future growth and progression. The role will initially be based in our Port Melbourne office before relocating to our new, modern Docklands premises in early June.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing and issuing invoices accurately and on time

• Updating and maintaining customer quotes

• Supporting accounts administration and reporting

• Ensuring records are maintained in line with internal processes

• Working closely with operational and management teams

About You

• Experience in accounts, invoicing, or a similar finance support role

• Proficient in Xero, Excel, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365

• Strong attention to detail and time management skills

• Comfortable working independently in a fast‑moving environment

• Reliable, organised, and solutions‑focused
