What You’ll Do:

We’re looking for a motivated Accounts Receivable Officer to join our finance team at our Brisbane Head Office in Acacia Ridge. Working closely with the Accounts Receivable Manager, you’ll play an important role in managing customer accounts, supporting strong cash flow and maintaining positive relationships with our customers. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to an efficient receivables function while building your experience in a fast-paced business.

Key responsibilities:
  • Manage customer invoicing and account reconciliation
  • Follow up outstanding payments professionally and promptly
  • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate records in our finance systems
  • Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams
  • Support month-end reporting and cashflow visibility
