The incredible opportunityWe need a grounded, detail-oriented Accounts Officer to ensure our financial operations are just as seamless as our connectivity.Based at our vibrant Adelaide HQ in Lot Fourteen, this is a Full-Time role designed for an accounting professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-tech environment. You won’t just be processing data; you’ll be a key pillar of our finance team, ensuring our end-to-end financial rhythmic cycle—from daily transactions to month-end reporting—is executed with absolute accuracy. Stuff we’ll trust you to doOwn the AP/AR Lifecycle: Take full accountability for day-to-day operations, including processing complex billing, supplier invoices, purchase orders, and managing corporate credit cards.Payroll Coordination: Support the monthly payroll cycle by ensuring all data is audit-ready for final approval.Month-End Support: Play a proactive role in month-end close activities, including balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, prepayments, and assisting with the preparation of management reports.Banking & Cash Management: Manage domestic and international payment runs, ensuring our cash flow timing aligns perfectly with company forecasting.Drive Efficiency: We value simplicity. You will identify manual bottlenecks and implement automation or process improvements to keep our finance function agile.Support the Mission: Assist in the development and documentation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as we scale our global operations. What we’ll like about youA solid background in Finance or Accounting (Degree or Diploma preferred) with proven experience managing end-to-end Accounts Payable, Receivable, and payroll support.You are an advanced Excel user and have a keen eye for financial detail. Deep experience with Xero (or similar cloud-based ERPs) is essential.You don’t just "do" tasks; you improve them. You are self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of the finance desk in a full-time capacity.You can build strong links across the business, translating financial data into clear updates for stakeholders and keeping our financial synchronisation on track from our Adelaide hub.
