Accounts Payable Expert

Central Coast Automotive has a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Accounts Payable expert to;

Being the largest multi-franchise Automotive company on the Central Coast, the role is busy and challenging but has a strong support system.

Key Responsibilities

• All the company's AP functions will be included, from date entry of invoices, refunds, reconciliations, banking, and request follow-ups

• Ensure prompt attention to and follow-up on supplier statements, ensuring accuracy of financial statements.

• OEM reconciliation of payment 

• Meeting month end deadlines

• Assisting the team in end of day kitchen cleaning duties

• Prepare weekly creditor payments, ensuring payments are made when requested.

• Follow company policy on credit applications.

• Answer incoming calls along with other members of the administrative team.

Your background

• Proven working experience in a similar role and exposure to a high-volume Accounts Payable environment. 

• Ability to work autonomously on problem-solving issues as they arise

Key Requirements

• Knowledge of Accounts Payable and general ledger reconciliation

• Must have experience in a busy AP role, with over 150 invoices processed daily

• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers

• Excellent attention to detail and data entry

• Analytical skills

• Time management 

This role will have Automotive industry training; however, the successful applicant will already be a seasoned AP professional looking for something different. Remuneration will be discussed and considered based on experience.
