What you’ll do

This crucial role is at the heart of our Distribution Centre (DC) operations, leading the systems and inventory function to ensure accuracy, integrity, and continuous improvement in our supply chain performance.

  • Lead and manage the integrity and accuracy of the DC's inventory, resolving discrepancies and driving continuous improvement in key metrics like Inventory Record Compliance (IRC) and Balance on Hand (BOH) accuracy.
  • Own the site's Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and related processes, driving system innovation, managing the upgrade lifecycle (including UAT), and ensuring business continuity for major system incidents.
  • Act as the central point for system issue resolution and operational support, leveraging problem-solving and root cause analysis to maintain exceptional service levels and data integrity.
  • Foster a culture of continuous process improvement by optimising system configurations, warehouse layouts, and process management.

What you’ll bring

We are looking for a highly capable, driven leader who can operate seamlessly between complex technology and operational demands to deliver world-class supply chain outcomes. The ideal candidate is a strategic, hands-on professional with a strong commitment to change leadership and continuous improvement, capable of ensuring system stability while relentlessly pursuing operational excellence.

  • Proven expertise in managing complex systems environments and demonstrated proficiency with live inventory and warehouse management systems.
  • Extensive, large-scale inventory management experience, including deep knowledge of inventory processes, standards, and a track record of driving product data integrity.
  • Strong operational knowledge within a logistics or supply chain context, combined with excellent problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
  • Proficiency in key data and enterprise tools, including advanced Excel and SAP competency for data analysis, reporting, and system navigation.
