Accounts Administrator / Accounts Officer (Xero)
We are seeking a reliable and organised Accounts Administrator / Accounts Officer to manage day-to-day accounts functions within our business. This role requires hands-on experience across general accounting administration and the ability to work independently.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts Receivable – invoicing, payment allocation and debtor follow up
Accounts Payable – processing supplier invoices and preparing payments
Bank reconciliations
BAS preparation support and reporting
Process payroll for approximately 40 employees
Manage superannuation payments and records
Maintain accurate financial records and general accounts administration
About YouExperience with Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and bank reconciliations
Experience with BAS processes, payroll and superannuation
Xero experience is essential
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to manage routine accounts tasks with minimal supervision
