Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Accountant – Business Advisory role located in Cremorne Melbourne. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality financial services to clients, including preparing financial statements, assisting with tax compliance, conducting business performance analysis, and offering tailored advice on financial strategies. Day-to-day responsibilities include liaising with bookkeepers and internal accountants, creating reports, workpapers and supporting the implementation of tax and business solutions. Qualifications Strong skills in financial reporting, tax compliance, tax planning preparation and business performance analysisExcellent communication and client relationship-building skillsProficient in xero/FYI docs and relevant financial toolsStrong attention to detail and ability to work with accuracyAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance. CPA or CA qualification is preferred (or ar least commenced either).Experience in business advisory and tax planning in a professional services firm essential of more than 2 full time years.
