Key responsibilities include:
Manage end to end recruitment across multiple sites nationally
Drive proactive sourcing strategies to reduce vacancy timeframes
Coordinate interviews, offers and onboarding processes efficiently
Support hiring managers with best practice recruitment advice
Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience
Championing a stellar onboarding experience for new team members.
Driving recruitment targets with speed and precision.
Requirements:
At least 5 years’ experience in recruitment or similar role in a dynamic operating environment.
Proficiency in Seek, LinkedIn, and digital recruitment tools.
Excellent communication skills with a knack for writing and presenting.
Proactive, organised, and driven to deliver results.
Passionate about people and culture, with a keen eye for talent.
Committed to delivering exceptional experiences at every stage.
Strong organisational skills, problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and HRIS (Employment Hero is advantageous)
Demonstrated discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information
Demonstrated commitment to quality and continuous improvement
Demonstrated resilience and adaptability
