Oversee daily accounting functions, AP/AR, bank reconciliation and general ledger, maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records
Collate and deliver consistently accurate monthly business report, P & L, Balance Sheet and cash flow statements
Manage and prepare weekly payroll and monthly payroll tax submission
Timely submission of monthly PAYG and quarterly BAS, ensuring all records comply with company policies and regulations
Knowledge of depreciation schedule and FBT
Proficiency in accounting software, Xero preferred and advanced Excel skills
Experience is a necessity
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or related field required
Must have unrestricted right to work in Australia
